Just testing TSH is inadequate. You need Ft4 and Ft3 tested and all four vitamins

How much vitamin D are you currently taking

For me yes. Undiagnosed hypothyroidism for many years. My muscles have been stressed from 2007 noticeably and in turn their weakness is now affecting my joints. Knees and shoulders in particular. Still hoping for improvement when dosages are optimum. Not there yet.

oh yes! Particularly Achilles tendon pain . I can hardly walk when I get out of bed 🤷‍♀️

When the weather is bad yes, and I always know when rain is on the way. Low pressure head as well, not so much achy as a tight heavy feeling.
