hiya
I take 240mcg of NDT a day over 3 doses a day. I just managed to take 90 mcg extra but mistake.
Will this be an issue? Mildly panicking here…

Nope no need to panic. I mistook the size of my t3 tablets and took double dose for a week or so. Wasn't a problem
