I have not the slightest idea how this will work out! But thought I'd let you know so you can decide whether or not to participate.

(I don't want to be entirely negative, but am not expecting much of it. Hope is important.)

ATA (American Thyroid Association) is offering a unique opportunity for patients to talk live with ATA members and thyroid patient organization representatives on Saturday, November 19, 2022, 12pm - 1:15pm ET. Join us for this interactive event. Registration is free.

Steps for Registration:

1. Create an Account or, if you have an ATA Account, sign in with your ATA Login Credentials

2. Click the 'Register Myself' button.

3. Provide Question Responses and Save.

4. Select the 'Proceed to Checkout' button to complete your registration.

ATA Physician Members and our ATA Alliance Partners are available to meet with thyroid patients and their families during the forum. Please join us if you have questions, symptoms, or concerns about a thyroid problem - overactive or underactive thyroid, thyroiditis, a thyroid nodule, thyroid cancer, or a family history of thyroid problems or related disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile diabetes, or pernicious anemia. The first part of my post arrived by email and ends with "Registration is free."

I followed a link from that email and that is what makes up most of my post.

As I read it, you can register for free, and the event is free. But I could be wrong.

(Full memberships do cost.)

Many years ago, I registered, which is why I get emails. But the details I used no longer work! I don't care enough to re-register or sort it out.

on this page towards the bottom there is a ‘type’ box which includes patient leading to a registration page , not done it yet as much information to fill in
