Help with results please 💜

Hi, I posted a little while ago with results from July. I have since had an increase in my Levo from 100mcg daily to 125mcg 3 days a week and 100 for the rest. I’ve just picked up my results this morning and would really appreciate some input on what to say to my GP as I have a consultation tomorrow morning. I’m also slightly baffled re how my iron levels seem to have improved without me doing anything at all to improve them lately… my hope was to ask for iron injections but with the new results this is unlikely to be approved. Many thanks for your help!
