How to calculate through range

Can someone please advise how to manually calculate through range? I know there are some calculation sheets that have been shared on here. But I would like to be able do it manually, in preparation for an appointment next week. My exhausted mind can’t figure it out 🙄

Thanks in advance

Hi Katherine0121

For when you really want to know how it works the under the bonnet version 🚗

Result minus Bottom of range

 Divided by

Top of range minus Bottom of range

Then x 100= percentages within range
