Hypothyroidism Results - any thoughts please?

Please give me your opinion about these results

Serum Free T4 22.6 pmol/l ( it says normal range should be 12-22)

Serum TSH 0.02ml u/l (it says normal range should be 0.27-4.40)

I take 100mcg Levothyroxine. I feel dreadful atm but am also peri menopausal.

Any thoughts / advice welcome

Was test done early morning, ideally shortly before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

Do you always get same brand levothyroxine at each prescription

How long have you been on 100mcg levothyroxine

When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s, usually diagnosed by high thyroid antibodies

thank you for the reply. I’ve been on 100mcg for 7 years. I had a goitre which is why I landed up with hypo. I usually do get the same brand of Levo. I didn’t have my meds for over 24 hours but the test was mid morning on an empty stomach. I have had a fatigue panel which all came back normal. I usually do take supplements such as Vit D, B12, evening primrose but over the last month have only taken evening primrose. I recently went to see a private GP who has done a full thyroid panel - am waiting for the results but she suggested that i may have auto immune.

So next step is see full thyroid results

TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 plus BOTH TPO and TG thyroid antibodies

Vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 too
