I am looking for vitamin C capsules ( not ascorbic acid form) in doses of 500 or 1000 mg to treat my poor adrenals. Does anyone have any recommendations for any please and where I can buy them ?

Whats everyone else taking? I have been looking online for days now and still cant find anything that is affordable.

Have you looked at Acerola Cherry? I use the powder from Time Health and they do capsules as well.

I use the non-organic powder (the silver one), it has a higher amount of Vit C than the organic, ie 26% compared with 18%.

I use liposomal vitamin c either Zooki brand or Marnys. It comes in vials of liquid or sachets and is 1000mg strength. It’s supposed to be better absorbed by your body

I still take it daily even though my ferritin is now at the very top of the range - no longer with iron though, of course. I’m hoping that long term it will help with better absorption of iron from food, mitigating the need to supplement with iron

I put Baobab powder from Amazon (various suppliers) in a fruit smoothie daily. Baobab powder supposedly very , very high in Vit C if any help.
