I have TSH of 3.7 and am currently Trying to conceive. My gp has said I don’t need treatment as this is in the normal range. He said that only people with diagnosed hypothyroidism need to get it below 2.5 when TTC, and I was fine at 3.7. However I have read 3.7 is too high and it needs to be below 2.5 if you wish to get pregnant. Has anyone been treated with levels of 3.7 when TTC? I also have low ferritin so am on iron supplements and am regularly tired. Thank you in advance!
