Do you think it would abe good idea increasing t3 to 30 ? To see if I feel better and easier to divide pills.

No I haven't tested and haven't changed dose.

No I don't think it would be a good idea.More does not equal better necessarily. It is about harmony and balance .

Your ft4 is at 50% and your ft3 is somewhere around the 77% mark.

If I were to change anything I would be adding 12.5 levo.

Yes slightly depending on how well you convert but not nearly as much as adding in another 5mcg of T3.
