Are we allowed to ask for personal reccommendations?

Hello everyone,

I'm on the hunt for my perfect thyroid replacement, currently I have ben precribed t3/t4 combination but it's not working for me at the current dose.

I am hoping for a recommendation of an endocrinologist in the North West (Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool) who prescribes T3, doesn't dose on TSH result and is willing to work with me to find the right dose. NHS or private.

I hopes it's okay to ask and if anyone can help to reply by private message.

Thanks.

It's fine to ask for recommendations, information can't be shared on the open forum so needs to be sent in a private message and you've asked for that 👍

You can also send for the list of thyroid friendly endos, NHS and private, from ThyroidUK be emailing:

tukadmin@thyroiduk.org

It is just a list, not recommendations, so please ensure that you do your own research on any endo that you are considering before committing to a consultation to ensure that they are likely to be best for you.

I'll close your post to further replies so that no information is posted here.
