I am just wondering if someone could help in anyway.
I am taking thyroxine drops 10ug x 8 drops a day but my symptoms remain the same. I’ve been taking them for a couple of months now and I got my labs done after 2 months on the drops. I’ve been on the drops longer but my symptoms remain the same . Can anyone help in knowing if my dose is too small or?
Below are my labs
Thanks in advance

Pretty sure you're not taking enough. Your FT4 isn't even mid-range and your TSH is much to high, so your FT3 is going to be low. And, it's low T3 that causes symptoms.
You'd probably feel better if the TSH came down to 1 or under, and your FT4 went up to something like 75% through the range. But, you really need your FT3 tested to know for sure because that's the most important number.
I'm afraid I know nothing about liquid levo, so I can't help you there.
Your new labs are slightly better. But, your TSH is still too high, so your pituitary isn't impressed! And, your Frees are probably a little too low. But, how do you feel?
I can't feel autoimmune. Do you mean you feel hypo? That wouldn't be surprising because people who are hypo and taking exogenous hormone, need higher levels that people whose thyroids function correctly. That's something that doctors seem incapable of understanding.
so I am under active and my antibodies are very high but they don’t seem to be be taking much notice of that. I have symptoms of Hyper but bloods indicate hypo
Doctors rarely take any notice of antibodies because they don't know what they are. And, there's nothing they can do about them, anyway. High antibodies are just a sign that you have autoimmune thyroiditis.
Be very careful of symptoms, they can be deceptive. Very many of them can be from both under-medication/hypo and over-medication/hyper. Which is why we do blood tests - if doctors did but know it! - to confirm. With a TSH that high, there's no way you can be over-medicated.
