Just testing TSH and Ft4 is completely inadequate….but all NHS will offer
Are you still on 75mcg levothyroxine
Which brand
FT4: 15.1 pmol/l (Range 10.5 - 21)
Ft4 is only 43.81% through range
Suggest you request next 25mcg dose increase in levothyroxine and retest in 6-8 weeks
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 last tested
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Is this how you did your test?
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or all relevant vitamins

Evening, I am on 100mcg levothyroxine
The test was done before 9 and I didn't take any pills until afterwards
How do you feel? Do you have any hypo symptoms still?
Evening, thank you for getting back to me. I'm diabetic so get hypos anyway but any thing that happens my doctor puts down to my diabetes. Feel it's a cop out tbh
