Percentages within range spreadsheet explained - I used printouts to get my dose increases

I had to pop this on a separate post so people could see the bones of the table (the formulas)

I used tables with my data worked up to discuss my results and the next appropriate course of action to justify the dose increases.

Looks good. You can lock a cell so you dont change it accidentally, and to protect it in the formula you can add a $, so F4 would read $F$4. Think $ (s) makes it sticky. The $ before the F protects the F and the $ before the 4 protects the 4. Not needed in this formula but just in case you need it!

I never understood numbers until I used spreadsheets. I love them!
