Mine was very low before diagnosis but it has risen. Same with blood pressure but only the systolic (higher number). On Levothyroxine I had dreadful orthostatic blood pressure where you stand up and go really dizzy for a short while. It’s much better on NDT but still gets me occasionally. Perhaps you have low blood pressure causing the dizziness?

I had a few incidents of orthostatic BP prior to taking HRT treatment for peri menopause. I’ve not had it since & the GP suspects (in my case) it could be linked to low oestrogen. My BP is also affected by my Thyroid medication not being optimal. For me, if FT4 is too high in the range, my BP and resting heart rate elevate.

BP changes are often a sign to get thyroid levels checked; your levels may not be optimal for you.

Hi RobynJane8

Have you been diagnosed with hypothyroidism? I can only see B12 issues from your previous post.

With a heart rate that low, I think my first port of call would be the doctor. If you do have hypothyroidism I think it’s more than possible your thyroid hormone dosage is way too low.

Yes mine does the same on Levo - because I don't convert well. I remember being in hospital for another issue and setting off the Heart monitors. I'm OK on NDT.
