When did you take last dose of Levo before the test? Should be 24 hours before the blood draw.

Are your nutrients at optimal levels:

Vit D = 100-150nmol/L

B12 - top of range for Total B12, if Active B12 is tested then 100 plus

Folate - at least half way through range

Ferritin - half way through range although some experts say the optimal level for thyroid function is 90-110ug/L

Optimal nutrient leves are needed for good conversion.

Do you take any supplements?

Did you take a biotin supplement or B Complex or hair/nail supplement in the week before the test?

So sorry for duplicate post.

I Toil the test with a 24 hours lag (empty tummy).

I am taking all supplements, B complex, Vit D, Iron, Vit C, Biotin, selenium, zinc and magnesium every day.

Vitam levels are all normal.

However, suffering from hair loss quite a bit. Not sure if I am perimenopausal as 46 yes old.

Many thanks 😊 🙏

Hopefully that means there was 24 hours between last dose of Levo and test.

I am taking all supplements, B complex, Vit D, Iron, Vit C, Biotin, selenium, zinc and magnesium every day.

Did you continue taking the B Complex or did you leave it off for 3-7 days before the test?

Vitam levels are all normal.

What are the actual results/ranges. "Normal" just means they are somewhere within the range which may or may not be optimal.

Just to let everyone know:

When using that converter, the idea is that you press the green [ Copy ] button - then go to your post and paste it (Ctrl+V, or Command+V, or whatever works on your device).

FT4: 19 pmol/l (Range 12 - 22) 70.00%

Then do the same for the next results, etc.

Posting as images can make it difficult to read. I certainly find it at the limit of legibility on my phone.
