Hey I'm having a blood test Monday and was having this shake when I suddenly realised I better check it doesnt have biotin in as it can scew the results. Its B7 right? So I'm ok?

B7 is biotin, I don’t see it listed, so I think you’re fine. There is B6 (pyridoxine) but that’s different.
Very high doses of biotin which has potential to skew test results and need to be left off the week before. Lower doses likely only need a few days.
