I am planning to change from levo to NP. I understand that NP less strong than other NDT which for me is good thing

currently taking 100 Levo and 12 Lio.

any comments on starting dose comparing with what I'm currently taking?

I have tried in the past but think I lost my nerve before I got high enough.

Hi, I think you could go directly on 2 grain which means 76mcg-T4 and 19mcg of T3.Maybe you should split the dose.
