I tried several levothyroxines and from all of them, I get bloated and eliminate gas, after I take them in the morning. The higher the dose is, the bigger my stomach is, seems to be like a fish ballon. I do not know what to do anymore and how can I fix that. Probably I'm not the only with this problem.

Looking at your profile you had Graves and RAI
Bloating suggests low stomach acid
Perhaps you are under medicated and still a bit hypo
Are you on dairy free or gluten free diet
When were vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels last tested
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
Are you currently still on levothyroxine plus three small doses of T3
It’s essential to dose according to Ft4 and Ft4 results…..not by TSH
Many people find they need both Ft4 and Ft3 at least 50% through range
Always test thyroid levels early morning, ideally before 9am and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
Last 1/3rd of T3 approx 8-12 hours before test
Hi SlowDragon. Yes I'm on levo &T3 but recently I switched to levo made by a compound pharmacy. I was on 125mcg Tirosint but it seemed to be too strong for me and I ordered a lower dose of 119mcg(112mcg is too low). The analysis shows that I would be a bit hypo so you are really right, but when I try to increase the dose I have side effects that diminish in the afternoon. The only solution to not feel them would be to take Lexapro.
Yes I was on a gluten-free diet. I would like to increase the morning T3 dose (5 to 10mcg) but after 3 days my pulse jumps to 100b.min.
