Wow, you have the full iron panel done. Awesome.
Iron deficiency is defined as ferritin < 30, by NICE guideline on ‘iron deficient anaemia”. In the Netherlands, people with ferritin < 30 are not allowed to donate blood.
Serum iron and transferrin are additional tests to confirm or rule out ‘iron deficiency”. Transferrin saturation is a derivation of “serum iron” and “serum transferrin”. All your iron panel results say you are not iron deficient.
Optimal ferritin level is considered by some to be higher, 70-90. You have room to top up.
Your TSH and free T4 are very suboptimal. I am guessing you feel symptomatic at the moment. I would blame your thyroid panel more than the iron panel for your symptoms, such as fatigue,

Hi,Ur cholesterol is rising , so is the tsh , for iron studies u r in mid range soon they will fall too , u need thyroid treatment to get all that's labs normal
