How can I improve my Folate, Vit D & Ferritin?

Please can anyone advise me what to take? I have no idea which products are the best ones as it's a minefield with all the different options.

Folate 4.38 (range >3.89) Vitamin D 57 nmol/L (range 75-200) and Ferritin is 206.0 ug/L (range 13-150).

Should have added that a CRP test was done at the same time as my Ferritin and the reading for my CRP was 2.09 (r0-5).

My choices:

Vit D - Doctor's Best softgels and according to the Vit D Council you'll need 4,000iu daily to raise your level from 57nmol/L (22.8ng/ml) to their recommended level of 125nmol/L (50ng/ml) but remember to retest after 3 months to check your level and see if you need to adjust your dose

and because you need cofactors:

Vit K2-MK7 - Vegavero, Vitabay or Vitamaze (Amazon)

Magnesium - choose which form is best for you as they all do different things:

Folate - as you have B12 injections you should be using a B Complex to keep all B vitamins balanced. Thorne Basic B improved my bottom of range folate to top of range in 2.5 months.

Ferritin is over range, you don't need to supplement.
