Are you diagnosed hypothyroid and on thyroid hormone replacement?

If so then your TSH is likely not OK. The aim of a treated hypo patient on Levo only, generally, is for TSH to be 1 or below with FT4 and FT3 in the upper part of their reference ranges, if that is where you feel well.

So if you are diagnosed hypothyroid and prescribed Levo then you appear to be undermedicated suggested by your results and your symptoms.

If you are not hypothyroid then your TSH and FT4 results are euthyroid (normal) as most people without a thyroid condition would have TSH no higher than 2, often nearer 1, with FT4 around mid-range-ish (yours is 47% through range).

Yes I am hypothyroid on 100mg levothyroxine. I have taken utrogestan 100mg smallest dose + oestrogel pump. Felt sluggish. Stopped taking a few weeks before medicheck blood test. So you think I need levothyroxine increasing. That’s good. Thank you 🙏
