Cold hands

I had assumed having a hypo condition that constant coldness in hands and feet was inevitable despite taking all the right supplements and with dosing of Levo.

I have in the past given up caffeine for max of a couple of days, but 2 weeks now since a permanent stop all sense of coldness has gone entirely. Quite wierd when I have had this for so long.

So I googled this today and there seems to be a ton of research about caffeine and coldness.

When I enjoy coffee so much it is good that there is now a strong enough reason to never restart...
