Hii all. I recently posted about my retest for tsh and it was 3. I had to go back a week later. My tsh is 4.1 now and the antibody peroxidase is 9. I'm still at work so haven't had time to get a print out. But I did get the result over the phone.

Did you do the test under exact same conditions as last time so that the result can be compared accurately, ie same time of day (preferably early morning), no food or drink other than water before test?

Need range for TSH to know if it's over range.

Also really need FT4 tested as normal TSH with below range FT4 confirms Secondary Hypothyroidism. It's over range TSH with low FT4 that confirms Primary Hypothyroidism.

We need reference range for antibodies, most are either <34 or <60 is negative and if either of these is your range then your antibodies are low and negative for Hashi's with that result. However, it is possible to have Hashi's without raised antibodies.
