I purchased an Adrenal Cortisol saliva test from Regenerus labs yesterday and now unsure if I ordered the correct one. Please may you tell me if this is one is correct?...

Also, I read somewhere that is it best to do the test around day 18-20 of menstrual cycle; is that correct?

Yes, that's the one suggested to test cortisol plus DHEA.
There will be an instruction leaflet included with your kit which tells you when to collect your sample if you still menstruate. On the latest leaflet I have (2021) it says
Collect 1 day during days 19-23 of a 28 day cycle, counting the first day of your period as day 1.
There is no information about what to do if your cycle is not 28 days.

By the way, you can send your sample back by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (post Monday or Tuesday, no later in the week, I collect my samples on a Sunday and keep in the freezer overnight then post on a Monday), you don't have to use the courier which their blurb may make you think you must. I tried using the courier once, the phone number goes through to an automated thingy (no chance of speaking to a human 🙄) and it just didn't work for me. Whether it was because I live in a rural area and they didn't like my postcode or what I don't know, but Royal Mail is cheaper and easier.
