Dr able to monitor pregnancy on NDT or T4+T3 combo?

Would anyone please be able to recommend a doctor capable of monitoring a pregnancy on NDT (Arm@our) or a combination of synthetic T4 and T3, ideally in London (or via telemedicine)?

I'm having a frozen embryo transfer in June-July and my thyroid is not stable (I've not found the right medication for me yet), so I need someone to help urgently. I don't convert well so I can't be on T4 medication only.

Please reply by PM as I believe forum rules don't allow discussing Dr details in forum threads. Massive thanks in advance. xxx
