Showed that your Ft4 was likely already too low on 100mcg before dose levothyroxine was reduced to 75mcg
Clearly now Ft4 is even lower
GP will want to reduce levothyroxine because TSH is suppressed
You’re taking Taking T3, TSH is almost always suppressed
Most people when adequately treated on levothyroxine plus T3 will have Ft4 and Ft3 at least 50-60% through range
So you need dose INCREASE in levothyroxine
Obviously GP highly unlikely to agree and they are unaware you’re taking T3
Essential to test TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 together when taking T3
Recommend you get FULL thyroid and vitamin testing done via Medichecks or Blue horizon
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally before 9am last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test
On T3 - day before test split daily dose into 3 smaller doses, spread through the day at approx 8 hour intervals, taking last 1/4 tablet of daily dose 8-12 hours before test
