You alter the time of your dose temporarily before the test. For example, if you were having a test on Monday morning you would delay Saturday night's dose and take it Sunday morning 24 hours before the time of your test. Take nothing Sunday night. Test Monday morning. After the test take Sunday night's dose. Monday night back to normal.
