What can us hypo people take that doesn’t affect our levels to get rid?

If you mean overcoming COVID symptoms, then it would be the same as usual .... optimising thyroid hormones and ensuring most effective function by meeting the cofactor demands, ie essentially Vit B, folate, and iron. Also Vit D which along with Vit C have enormous influence on immune regulation, as do the omega fatty acids.

Basically anything that boosts the immune system but as you have Hashi you need to ensure you only supplement what suits.

Zinc, 50 mg a day. Lots of vit C...

To help you feel better hot honey and lemon drink. You can buy these of course but I find them nicer if you make it yourself. A long soak in a hot bath with some epsom salts is nice too.

I also find wine helps...

Step 1)

2 slices of peeled fresh ginger.

Thinly peeled rind of 1 un-waxed lemon. (try not to get much of the white pith , a sharp potato peeler is good for this ) .

Put these in a T-pot and fill with boiling water, squash it about a bit with your potato masher . put the T-cosy on and forget about it for an hour or three.

Cut the lemon in half, and put the juice of half a lemon into a big mug.

Top your mug up with the ginger /lemon from the now cold teapot.

Add a ridiculously large amount of honey, and a splosh of whisky.

If you're really too ill to stand in the kitchen for any longer than this , then heat your drink up in the microwave ..... but if you are not actually dying , then do it properly in a saucepan.

Go back under the duvet and drink it . (+ 2 paracetemol)

Step 2)

When you eventually wake up the next morning.... get a clove of fresh Garlic.

Smash it up under the blade of a big knife .

Peel the skin off .

Put a small sprinkle of sea salt on it .

Smash it up some more.

Spread the garlic paste onto a slice of your favourite kind of hot toast drizzled with extra virgin olive oil .

If the idea of raw garlic scares you .. hide it from yourself under some peanut butter.

Repeat Steps 1) and 2) until you are cured .

Guaranteed to cure anything eventually , and will keep you mostly asleep until it does.
