Further reading today did point out that others can’t take vit D. So guess I’m one of them ! Shame really

Hi - don’t know if this is helps but VitD supplements in tablet form caused me to get a rash all over my torso - however - I am absolutely fine using the Better You oral spray and have managed to raise my Vit D successfully Best wishes

Are you taking magnesium supplements?

Vitamin D needs good magnesium levels

Have you tried vitamin D mouth spray

What reaction/symptoms do you get taking vitamin D

I couldn't tolerate tablet form that I bought from Boots or the betteryou d3 and k2 spray.. Both made me feel extremely tired and nauseous.. I posted a thread about it a while back but I wasn't taking magnesium at the time so maybe its cos I didn't take it.. Absolutely no idea. I am currently on 50,000iu loading dose once a week from gp as I'm severely deficient m and so far, I feel fine but Ive only took once dose. In fact I am feeling a bit more human. I take b12 betteryou spray every day too as my b12 is a little bit on the low side. Worth trying other brands if possible..although their ingredients are porbwnly the same..What ones have you tried?

Hi the one I used was Doctor’s best 2000And natures aid k2

May try another one sometime . Just enjoying not getting that pain. Thanks.
