Ponypot, Thyroid-s is not T3. It is desiccated thyroid (NDT)
Neither T3 nor NDT can be legally sold in the UK without prescription.
If anyone has sources to share with you, this can be done via PM as requested, so I'm closing your post to comments.

Before considering adding T3 or trying NDT you will need FULL thyroid and vitamin testing
Often patients are just not on high enough dose levothyroxine
Please write new post with background info on thyroid journey so far
