I started feeling unwell with weird.thyroid symptoms. It was happening every other night it started after I was using a new serum retinol I then discovered this on internet has this happened to anyone elsr

According to the above link, vitamin A (i.e retinol) is required to convert T4 to T3. Could your retinol supplement be altering your conversion?

Yes I was thinking that. I’m doing Medichecks bloods tomorrow. My adrenals feel like adrenaline is racing I’m sure all these symptoms started when I started the retinol
