Hi, I'm on tirosint 50 and cytomil 50. Starting to lose to much weight, and insomnia. No rapid heart beat or elevated pulse. No high blood pressure. I would like to lower my cytomil by 15 mcg to start to see if I feel better. Do I have to titrate down or can I reduce by 15 rt away. Oh, also been sweating alot

Changes in t3 doses are best done slowly 5mcg at a time.
