That's correct, Northstar 25mcg is made by Teva. Northstar 50mcg and 100mcg are made by Accord.
So it looks like Teva doesn't agree with you.
You will need to ask your GP to prescribe with "No Teva or Northstar 25mcg" on your prescription, or ask the pharmacy to make the same note on your records.
Also, fill in a yellow card report to register your adverse reaction:
If a patient reports persistent symptoms when switching between different levothyroxine tablet formulations, consider consistently prescribing a specific product known to be well tolerated by the patient.
Request all future prescriptions have note added
