Welcome to our forum, Yes, you have Hashi evidenced by elevated TPOAb’s.
With those low/under range thyroid hormone levels you are subclinical but GP is not offering you thyroid hormone replacement because TSH hasn’t risen enough.
Hashi is a progressive condition so thyroid hormones will continue to drop whilst your GP waits for TSH to catch up. This could take months or years. Good you are supplementing Vit D. Elevated ferritin level is meaningless on its own because of your inflammatory conditions. Adopting a gluten free diet will help quell inflammatory responses.
Meanwhile you could email ThyroidUK for a list of NHS/private endos that members have found good experiences with at tukadmin@thyroiduk.org You could do with thyroid hormone replacement asap but many endos appear to be diabetes specialists with thyroid problems coming a poor second, and with ME mixed up in the equation you will need someone whose speciality is in complex thyroid issues.
If you think you have Hashimotos, then there are a few antigen tests and a few others that are not normally given to see if you truly have the Autoimmune disease of Hashimotos.
