Is it a good thing to be lower in range TSh or higher . Vary between person .What if TSH becomes lower out of range??

My experience is that although most people feel well with low TSH, some don't. Perhaps if you do not have thyroid antibodies and have lost your thyroid as a result of surgery, you might not do well with a low TSH. Perhaps having autoimmune antibodies with Hasimotos induces poorer T4 to T3 conversion and perhaps this protects from overmedication? Whereas, without antibodies, it may be very easy to get over medicated with even a small amount too much. So, I think that different thyroid conditions might benefit from different balance of thyroid hormone. In fact, I think the NHS should always test FT3 for this reason. This is only my opinion so not based on any research. I just think it could be very individual.
