In the past I tried and tried, could not loose one pound. This year’s January 112. May 12,21 108.2. Pleasantly surprised but I wonder the reason. Anyone had that experience? Is this good?

Could be you're having a Hashi's 'hyper' swing. I always lost a ton of weight when that happened. But, it all came back on when I went hypo again.
