When to take T4 before blood test?

Usually I take my T4 at 7am (with my first 1/3 T3) then the second T3 at 3pm and third T3 at 9pm.

I have a blood test to do but the earliest this lab does them is 9am. So realistically 9.15am.

Should I delay my previous day T4 to 9.15am? Does it matter if I still take the T3 at 7am?

I plan to take last T3 at 9.30pm just to make sure I’m definitely in the 8-12 hour window.

And of course on the day I won’t take anything till after the blood draw. This sent me crazy last time and had to reduce my T3 and rebuild the dose again but hoping as it will just be one blood tube draw I’ll be okay this time!

Yes, that's what I would do. The extra couple of hours will possibly make a small difference, maybe not much, but I prefer not to go over the 24 hours.

No, you can do that if you wish.
