Cortisol saliva results,

Hello, would someone be able to interpret my attached cortisol results? I do not know how to proceed in treating the Low results on this test & am hopeful that someone could help me. I hope that the 5 point test is ok as i could not currently find a lab to do a 4 point test. Many thanks for any help available.
