Thanks Pastelart. They are both in the same circuit as are the female hormones. I was once told by a doctor specialising in womens hormones that in theory stepping in at any point in the circuit would affect the others..... Who knows if its low thyroid that affects adrenals or the other way round as they are interelated. Often why many wonen at menopause feel tired as their estrogen level drops it affects the levels in the rest of the circuit......this was her argument no idea what science it was based on but found it interesting.....

I can now see the interrelationship and I’m going to refuse steroid treatment and ask to have the thyroid treated first. Will show the article to the doctor and see how we go.
