Just had a call from GP for an appointment next week, this is my results:
Serum thyroid peroxidase antibody concentration (XabCy) 94 kU/L [0 - 34]
A couple of years ago it was 74, I think this is low for Hashis am I right?

Antibody levels fluctuate, they can be anything from just over range to in the thousands. Once you've had a positive result confirming Hashi's there's no need to test again, each time you test the level is likely to be different, it may go up or it may go down but you'll still have Hashi's. Antibodies have a job to do. With Hashi's the immune system attacks and destroys the thyroid, when the attack happens a load of thyroid hormone is released and the antibodies come along and mop up the mess. This will continue until the thyroid is completely destroyed and then the antibodies no longer have a job to do.
