What does my high 17OH progesterone mean? Synatchen results

Hello everyone. I have had a few blood tests that show my 17 OH progesterone as high. I had the Synatchen test done (it is in Spanish but I am guessing you could easily interpret it) but the doctor didn’t give me a clear answer as he said the cortirsol shouldn’t be high (I think he said that) and I was wondering if someone here could help me.

It depends if you are post menopausal or not? Despite my knowledge of Spanish I can't see a cortisol result on there? Only the progesterone and it doesn't look very high. The majority of what is on there is guidance for the doctor.

Somehow, they didn’t post the exact amount of cortisol but after the ACTH the cortisol was elevated which I think is a good thing. However, my point is that every time I have a blood test the 17 OH Progesterone is elevated, which normally indicates congenital adrenal hyperplasia, however, that’s not my case as that test I posted showed that I don’t have adrenal hyperplasia but I can’t find much information about other reasons why 17 OH Progesterone could be elevated
