How do you feel?

These aren't bad - but there's a lot of scope to increase meds if you don't feel tip-top - free T4 is 55% through range and free T3 is 46% through range.

Have you checked key nutrients recently?

I was thinking about getting some T3 ??

FT4 = 55% through range

FT3 = 46% through range

It's not T3 you need. Your FT4 and FT3 are pretty well balanced. You need an increase in our Levo to raise your FT4 which will also raise your FT3. Aim for FT4 around 19+ with a range of 12-22 (or 70% plus with whichever range) and see how you feel.

Important to check nutrients to ensure they are optimal and don't take doctor's word that they are OK, get the results/ranges/units of measurement, post on the forum for comment.

You need the actual results and ranges on vitamins

What vitamin supplements are you currently taking?

You are legally entitled to printed copies of your blood test results and ranges.

The best way to get access to current and historic blood test results is to register for online access to your medical record and blood test results

UK GP practices are supposed to offer everyone online access for blood test results. Ring and ask if this is available and apply to do so if possible, if it is you may need "enhanced access" to see blood results.

In reality many GP surgeries do not have blood test results online yet

Alternatively ring receptionist and request printed copies of results. Allow couple of days and then go and pick up.

Important to see exactly what has been tested and equally important what hasn’t been tested yet

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies

Do you have Hashimoto’s?

As SeasideSusie says....you need next levothyroxine dose increase

But GP will not want to increase with low TSH

Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and before eating or drinking anything other than water .

Last dose of Levothyroxine 24 hours prior to blood test. (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)

Also I have to rewuest blood results from gp, Private blood test said I’m subclincally hyperthyroidism

But I’m hypo??

Also I don’t know what cause my thyroid I would like to know if I have hashimos though... might ring doctors for full bloods and thyroid cause I’m tired all the time... I dont currently take any vitamins

Because you are hypothyroid you are taking levothyroxine, TSH is low.

If private test company didn’t know you are taking levothyroxine, they just comment on low TSH as being hyperthyroid (which is madness)

About 90% of primary hypothyroidism is autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s.

Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially with Hashimoto’s. Essential to regularly retest vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Thyroid disease is as much about improving low vitamin levels as getting levothyroxine dose fine tuned

Get results from when diagnosed, see if thyroid antibodies were tested or vitamins

These look not too bad however there is room for an increase in levo. No conversion problems so not point adding T3 you don’t need it.As others have advised check nutrients, don’t take GP word they are OK. Getting copies and posting on here will mean you get top feedback on what you need to supplement if anything.
