Further to my last post just wanted to say I signed up to patientaccess.com but I did have to check out all menus to find where results were.
If doctors receptionists act like you’re wasting their time getting results then complain to practice manager or doctor. I know some receptionists act like gatekeepers/ Rottweilers/queen of all they survey and we’ve had those at our health centre but have got a new lot now and mainly can’t be more helpful (though none of them realised a COVID text I received was a scam, neither did my chemist!)
So I’d suggest having a good look round whatever site you use and if definitely no results check out another or use the one I’ve mentioned.
Just spotted an entry for 1995 which describes me as a ‘trivial drinker’! Trivial? How very dare they?? 🤔😁

You are fortunate to be able to access all your information online. Although it theoretically should be, this facility is very definitely not available to everyone in the UK. Please remember that the UK consists of Wales, Scotland, N.Ireland as well as England.
Patients in England may have better online access than the rest of the UK, but even this is extremely varied.
Yes, surgeries are computerised and have been for a very long time now. Patient paper records went out at least fifteen years ago to my knowledge, but even that probably varies significantly across the UK!
Sadly, that is not the same though as implementing the technology that allows patients to personally access their information online.
Our wonderful NHS is split across the four UK nations, each of which is then split into the various health boards within these countries. I guess it's at least partly a funding issue. A very simplistic example might be... spend money on free prescriptions for all, or spend it on the technology to allow online access for patients.
New government proposal is to have joined up health boards. Ridiculous that some can use different systems. Usually bought into by managers who went for good deals.
Gosh , that's really clever of you , can you tell me how to grow a spare thyroid ? i might still have a bit left , but you know a new one would be nice ..I'd also be interested in any tip s for re-growing bigger boobs.
The tonsil thing happened to one of my brothers - 2nd op when he was in his late teens was awful. Oooh, nearly forgot one of my sisters had an extra toe that had to be removed twice because it grew back.
Yes , when moving surgeries i think they transcribed the notes to a summary, et voila !Annoyingly this 'summary' is at the top of the page now , so it's the first thing anyone see's, and i never even had PND either ... just had gone a bit hyper/nuts before ending up hypo. but not diagnosed till later.
The PND possibly refers to an offer for counselling that i didn't attend.
All in all not helpful for the first thing GP looks at to give the impression of 'depression' when its never been a problem.
re the Tattybogle .... apparently when born i was a 'funny looking kid with sticky up hair'...... i grew out of it , but the name stuck.
Although being a sassenach, i never knew what it meant until i was about 25 . How rude !
