Does anyone know if all brands of liothyronine 5mg strength on nhs prescription are all the same price. I’ve been prescribed Morningside which I can’t tolerate and was on sigma pharm for 9yrs.

Morningside is the only licensed 5mcg T3
Prices
Morningside £98 for 28 tablets
Sigma Pharma is approx £120 for 90 tablets as private prescription. NHS can be charged significantly more
