What can I do about my results? My doctor wont treat me because I'm 'in range'. What can I get to help me without prescription?

Was this test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water

Presumably you are not on any thyroid medication?

Or any other medications?

Your looking at possible case of central hypothyroidism....that’s beyond a GP

Have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 levels tested?

Low vitamin levels tend to lower TSH and low Ft3 tends to lower vitamin levels
