Hi guys Im having all sorts of health problems so trying to get to the bottom of it. I have been tracking my bloods for about 6 months and TSH went from 1.26 to .47 while C3 to 13. I have not been sleeping well last few months, waking up 5 or 6 times a night, also dry mouth, I know those bloods are in the normal range, although on the lower side, but also seem to be experiencing increased anxiety, eye twitching and slight night sweats, anxiety or possible hyperthyroidism?

Looking at your other posts on other forums more likely autoimmune thyroid disease also called Hashimoto’s
Hashimoto’s frequently starts with transient hyperthyroid results and symptoms before becoming increasingly hypothyroid
IBS and anxiety are extremely common symptoms
For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested. Also EXTREMELY important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's) diagnosed by raised Thyroid antibodies
Ask GP to test vitamin levels
Being on PPI will lower vitamin levels especially magnesium, B12
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning
This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
Private tests are available as NHS currently rarely tests Ft3 or thyroid antibodies or all relevant vitamins

If TPO or TG thyroid antibodies are high this is usually due to Hashimoto’s (commonly known in UK as autoimmune thyroid disease).
About 90% of all primary hypothyroidism in Uk is due to Hashimoto’s. Low vitamin levels are particularly common with Hashimoto’s. Gluten intolerance is often a hidden issue to.
