Metavive is completely different to ndt.

Metavive is a thyroid glandular with no declared hormone content, it is not NDT manufactured with specific ratios of T4 and T3. If there was any hormone content declared it would be a prescription only item, not an over the counter supplement. As the whole gland is used even if there is any hormone content it wouldn't be standardised the same way as NDT is.
