Am I leaning on my partner too much with anxiety ?

My partner recently got their appendix removed and it was quite sudden which over that period I felt so anxious I lost 4.5kg in weight in a week and I was almost probably over worried if anything. I talked to them about it but I can’t help but to feel guilt because of their own physical health issues and shock they went through themselves. They’re so kind and supportive and always assuring me they just want to help. Am I selfishly leaning on them too much ?

I don't think you should be worried about feeling guilty when you've done nothing to warrant it. That's what people usually do if someone they know is unwell, they try to assist as best they can, so take any help/advice willingly and be thankful you've got some people to rely upon.
