Where do I start again on my meds?

After being admitted to hospital for 4/5 days with Covid over Christmas (and too unwell leading up to that time ) when I didn’t take any thyroid meds , I am wondering if I should just pick up and start off where I left off or start slow . Needless to say - I don’t feel any worse for not taking the meds for over 3/4 weeks.

I was taking 125 Levo and 40 thybon

Astonished you are functioning on nothing

Do you have a blood test kit you can use to see what’s going on now, before starting back on anything

If not ...

Perhaps starting on 50mcg levothyroxine for 2-3 days before increasing and slowly adding T3 as your energy levels pick up
