When to take last dose of Levothyroxine before test

I used to take my Levothyroxine dose in the morning so before a blood test it was easy to wait and take the pill until the test was done. Since some months ago I take the Levothyroxine dose at 11 pm but if I don´t take it at that time it will be 34 hours since last dose at time of blood test. How do you that take the Levothyroxine at bedtime normally do it before a blood test?

If you are having your test on, say, a Monday morning at 9am, then delay Saturday night's dose until Sunday morning at 9am, have test on the Monday at 9am then take the dose you would normally have taken at 11pm on Sunday after the test. On Monday night take your usual dose at 11pm and you'll be back on track.

If you normally take levothyroxine at bedtime/in night ...adjust timings as follows prior to blood test

If testing Monday morning, delay Saturday evening dose levothyroxine until Sunday morning. Delay Sunday evening dose levothyroxine until after blood test on Monday morning. Take Monday evening dose levothyroxine as per normal

If taking any vitamin supplements that contain biotin remember to stop these a week before all blood tests as biotin can falsely affect test results
